Beautiful structure!!! The reception staff were friendly, attentive and helpful and were able to manage and resolve my needs in an exquisite manner.

Theme: Wedding. Everything was impeccable except for the fact that they freely decided to change the menu of our reception. We had opted for a fully served dinner, with the idea of ​​serving elegant and refined dishes, except that we were served an appetizer that was more of a restaurant than a reception room. From asparagus flan and goat cheese foam to potato and cheese pie; from Prague croissant to turkey breast; from veal ingot glazed with Marsala to veal carpaccio and spreadable cheese. And not only that. Made fun of by the restaurant manager when I showed him the pre-established menu alongside the place cards. Finally, the owner of the room responded to me saying that he couldn't do anything anymore. Not even a “we're sorry”.

I used a voucher that they had given me, to which I however had to add an amount as a premium experience, to stay in bungalows that were not up to the standard of the rest of the structure and the other rooms, paying a total amount much higher than what I would have spent if I had chosen to book the bungalow in advance, without a voucher. Very nice structure in the outdoor spaces and renovated rooms, but really terrible bungalows, not up to par. Hot water and heating problems also in the restaurant room. It is not possible to use the internal restaurant service if you are a guest, because it is only available for large numbers and for weddings and events. There is no bar, you have to travel by car so even for a coffee or a bottle of water. Minibar in the bungalow equipped with 4 small bottles of water, each costing 8 euros. Well-managed external service in the wellness area, professional massage and at the right cost. There is only one person in charge of cleaning, who evidently cannot manage the amount of work, so at our place, some of the outcasts came to the bungalow at 3.30pm, when we had returned from lunch and were resting. We had to make her leave without carrying out any sort of reorganization, leaving us only one roll of toilet paper, since upon arrival there was only one intact for three days, and one already almost finished left in use. I had the impression that compared to the standards displayed, especially in the new rooms, many things were a bit outdated. It's a shame, because the structure is really beautiful.

The hotel is very beautiful, especially the entrance and the garden behind. Everything is well maintained However, some problems should be noted, in terms of organization, we were supposed to have welcome drinks which were never served even though we had asked for them the first evening. Breakfast is good but with a fairly limited choice In the bungalow rooms there is a problem with humidity And be careful if you use bottled water, it is not specified anywhere that you will be charged for them.
