Very nice structure in the outdoor spaces and renovated rooms, but really terrible bungalows, not up to par. Hot water and heating problems also in the restaurant room. It is not possible to use the internal restaurant service if you are a guest, because it is only available for large numbers and for weddings and events. There is no bar, you have to travel by car so even for a coffee or a bottle of water. Minibar in the bungalow equipped with 4 small bottles of water, each costing 8 euros. Well-managed external service in the wellness area, professional massage and at the right cost. There is only one person in charge of cleaning, who evidently cannot manage the amount of work, so at our place, some of the outcasts came to the bungalow at 3.30pm, when we had returned from lunch and were resting. We had to make her leave without carrying out any sort of reorganization, leaving us only one roll of toilet paper, since upon arrival there was only one intact for three days, and one already almost finished left in use. I had the impression that compared to the standards displayed, especially in the new rooms, many things were a bit outdated. It's a shame, because the structure is really beautiful.

The hotel is very beautiful, especially the entrance and the garden behind.
