Villa Di Pasquale GRG Eventi In Ragusa

I stayed at this beautiful villa for about two months for work. It was a wonderful experience, with great hospitality and extraordinary courtesy. The staff were all highly qualified; I practically felt at home. I absolutely recommend it.

We recently stayed at your hotel for two days and overall enjoyed our time, especially the breakfast on the first morning. Unfortunately, on our last morning monday 18th august, our experience was very disappointing. The breakfast that was served appeared to consist of leftovers the bread was already toasted (I prefer fresh bread), and the ham had turned grey in color. When we raised our concern, the waitress insisted that the food was fresh, but it clearly did not seem so. When we asked if we could at least have a fresh sandwich, she told us there were none available. At checkout, the receptionist again insisted the food was fresh, but no apology was offered, and we were charged in full for a breakfast we did not eat To say the all truth the gentleman that was on shift on sat and sunday was so helpful,but the reception that was on duty keep shaking her head instead trying to solve the problem and was busy preparing the bill for us😡

The pool is very nice, the food is decent, the prices are a bit high - a pliers costs 15 euros... there's definitely room for improvement, but they need a good manager... not everyone has a Ferrari and knows how to drive it... unfortunately, that's how it is.

5-star comfort with superb cuisine, delightful rooms, conference room, fitness and swimming pool

Rooms quite large, not very clean. (I use the plural because it was a business trip and we were able to compare notes (among other things, an event in which I participated in the organization) Few single doses in the bathroom and no minimally equipped outdoor space (we came in May, not December) I hope it is better in high season. The evening aperitif was so-so, but breakfast was very good and varied I would say 3/5
