Villa Chiara In Bacoli

I hadn't been there in years, I think at least 10 years, everything has changed, now I don't know if the ownership too but I don't think so. Let's start with the environment, I gave 3 stars because something more could have been done, there's a little something missing to make it innovative, as far as the service is concerned I gave 4 stars, 1 person for 1 room unfortunately half empty, I was sorry because years ago it was always full, I also gave 4 stars because more information should be given on the dishes served, so as not to go on too long. I gave 3 stars to the food, because the starters have nothing to do with the ones I remembered, both in quantity and variety of dishes served in the starter... While for the first courses they are the ones that I must say earned 1 star more. Grandma Flora's choice of desserts is excellent I would say. In context, the average is 3 stars out of 5. My advice for starter sauces is to balance the saltiness well since a pinch more wouldn't have hurt, unfortunately the cod had a wet and soft breading. and at least try to return to the old appetizers also presenting them in a modern way.

Excellent location, right balance between quality and price. Excellent service. Ample parking. Warm and familiar environment.

Grazioso locale , primo piatto ottimo , pizza discreta prezzo medio porzione regolare no gourmet...unico problema: tavolata affianco con parecchi bambini che facevano un casino incredibile correndo pure tra i tavoli. Tutti bellissimi , ma tocca ai genitori limitare il danno visto che sono in un locale pubblico, e non si riusciva a scambiare due parole. E mi rendo conto che i clienti hanno sempre ragione ,però poi si conservano quei clienti ma se ne perdono altri.. ma in questi casi è compito del ristoratore parlare con gli adulti . Per fortuna non eravamo con amici , altrimenti potevano nascere discussioni antipatiche. Comunque ci tornerò...ma non in compagnia perché poi ci sono pure persone poco tolleranti.. Buona giornata
