We only spent one night in this property, because we were passing through. We had a very good time. The owner was very kind, we felt at home. Greetings to little 'Gioia'

Friendliness and availability. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with air conditioning; ours had a shower with a glass block wall which, from the room, allowed a fairly clear glimpse of who was inside. Breakfast was self-service and limited in products. The rooms have a single communicating terrace, with low dividers that do not offer sufficient privacy; if they were a little taller, you could enjoy them without making eye contact with other guests. From a given view of the pavement, the farmhouse should date back to 1800. There is a tree-lined lawn with a large car park and also a small swimming pool which was not usable at the time of our stay. That said, the experience was positive.
