Delicious dining in the ancient center, friendly service, comfortable atmosphere, cozy on a rainy spring night. A very satisfying experience. We enjoyed an excellent bottle of Rosso di Montefalco, pasta with fresh artichokes, bacon & pecorino and papardelle with duck ragu. Dessert was the best tiramisu anywhere and cappuccino. The bill came to $59.50. Our waiter spoke English and was kind enough to answer several questions about the area. Half the tables were full of couples, groups, and a family with small children. There is a children's menu. The steak at the next table looked amazing! Restaurant is not handicapped accessible due to stairs and steep alleys. There is free parking just outside the old walls.

The two guys who welcomed us are kind and friendly.
Good food, especially amazing cuts! Trifle: hearty and delicious.
But it was cold and perhaps the place could be looked after a little more.

Locale a conduzione familiare, con varie sale e due terrazze, nel borgo di Acquasparta. Atmosfera piacevole, servizio attento. Carni pregiate, pinze, torte fatte in case, offerta di antipasti, primi, secondi e contorni. Prezzi adeguati alle materie prime utilizzate. Conveniente con The Fork.

Locale che non conoscevo, nel centro storico di Acquasparta, il navigatore mi ha portato in un parcheggio poco distante dal ristorante, ma ho dovuto chiedere per raggiungerlo. Abbiamo mangiato delle fettuccine con pomodorini, melanzane fritte e ricotta salata e mezze maniche alla gricia, i due primi erano veramente buoni. Di secondo abbiamo preso un arrosto misto ed una cicoria ripassata di contorno. Tutto ottimo, servizio molto buono. Da tornare. Ha un bel giardino estivo.
