11/10/2024: Leanne’s hidden gem might have a small menu, but its intimacy—both the ambiance and the owner’s—more than make up for that. Her goulash is the best we found in town, bar none, too. She has a local exclusive dunkel, Augustiner from Munich (it was the only dunkel we found in all of Ortisei, and it was very good). But what really made her place special was Leanne. She runs a small shop, with a limited menu (all of it good), but her friendliness and welcoming attitude set her place in a very special niche. Notes: not for vegetarians; she serves traditional Tyrollean fare. And, importantly, the name on the restaurant sign says “Sur Goldenen Traube.” Don’t miss it. If you do, you’ve passed up an authentic treat!

23/09/2024: Nice place, right on the square. The view outside is very beautiful and it is easy to get there, being in the center. The interior is a bit run down and could perhaps need a restoration. Excellent food, but little choice, some of the things on the menu were not there. Helpful and kind staff.
