We had a nice experience at this charming little restaurant tucked away in the heart of Vomero, Naples’ vibrant hilltop district. What really stood out to us was the authentic local vibe — the place was filled mostly with Neapolitan regulars, which is always a good sign when it comes to food! One of the most unique and enjoyable parts of our evening was that you could actually see directly into the kitchen, and even chat with the chef. That sense of openness and warmth really added to the atmosphere. It felt like you were being welcomed into someone’s home, not just dining out. We were seated on the mezzanine level, slightly above the main floor, which gave us a nice overview of the restaurant. Although it was a bit tucked away, the waiter came by frequently to check on us, making sure everything was perfect. The service was genuinely friendly, not just polite — the kind that makes you smile. Now, about the food: the octopus dish was absolutely outstanding. Perfectly cooked — tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You could really taste the care that went into preparing it. Every dish we tried had that same balance of tradition and creativity. This is definitely one of those special local places that aren’t touristy or overhyped, but truly worth discovering. If you’re in Vomero and want to enjoy authentic cuisine with a welcoming local atmosphere, this is the kind of place you’ll want to return to.

An honest, family-run restaurant with an open kitchen. The food was delicious, although we were left wanting to try the tiramisu.

Everything to like in a restaurant. The seafood risotto was excellent as was the ravioli with lemon. The staff very friendly and accommodating and the restaurant itself has an intimate atmosphere. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a place that is not banal, then this is the newest place to taste great Neapolitan cuisine. Charming risotto with fish and seafood, beef roulade filled with ragu, in an incredibly delicious tomato sauce, the feeling that the meat literally melts on your tongue! Great staff, perfect atmosphere! Definitely recommend ❤️

One of the best meals of my entire life. We had cod and a seafood risotto. They didn't have half the things on the menu, and we were thinking of leaving, but I'm so glad we stayed. They pulled together something just for us (we don't eat meat) that was totally perfect. The food was indescribably good. You can see the single chef working away in the open kitchen, making magic. They clearly use the best, freshest ingredients. It felt like the most home cooked meal we had on our whole trip. Couldn't recommend it enough. Very different to all the more touristy spots, where the food was still delicious but not on this level. Make sure to give this place a visit!

Cucina tradizionale napoletana da vera trattoria. Il cameriere è efficiente ed empatico, senza essere invadente. Il locale è un po’ angusto e sa di odore di frittura, ma vale la pena andarci

Locale piccolo, con pochi tavoli nel cuore del Vomero. La prima cosa che colpisce è il freddo che mi ha accompagnato per tutta la cena. Comincio con un pacchero provola, ricotta e melanzane: pasta cotta al punto giusto, piatto tutto sommato saporito. Proseguo con polpette al limone: arrivano fredde (evidentemente è una caratteristica del locale)e piuttosto dure. Peccato, perchè la crema al limone sembrava buona: se solo fossero arrivare ben calde. Infine una fetta di migliaccio, nella media. Con un calice di vino rosso 35 euro a persona. Addetto alla sala molto cortese e disponibile.
