Very well done, modern and welcoming place. The meat was very good, especially the diaphragm, cooked very well! As a side dish I took the truffle puree, really very good. In company they also had a pizza which I tasted, the dough was good but not comparable to the meat. Efficient and pleasant staff. Perhaps the cost is a little high but I understand that good raw materials and the many hours of processing compensate for the cost. Not for everyone but it's worth it.

Suggested by a friend and I have to say I liked it.
Excellent quality of the meat, cooking and care of the dish. The environment is also beautiful. The smoking is done really well, I felt like I was back in Houston. Well done.

Excellent food, excellent service, attention to truly exceptional customers. My only but irrelevant complaint is that I found the table a little small. I recommend it to everyone, I will definitely go back.

Consigliato da amici, li ringrazio e lo consiglio senza ombra di dubbio. Ambiente informale ma curato, servizio molto attento e cordiale , ottima carne per non parlare della apple pie. Andateci, rapporto qualità prezzo corretto

Locale molto carino, ancora più suggestivo durante il periodo natalizio. Ampia scelta tra pizze, carne e stuzzichini e dei meravigliosi dolci. Finalmente ho assaggiato le Ribs. Cottura perfetta.
Servizio veloce e attento. Ci sono andata anche qualche volta in pausa pranzo e anche in queste occasioni ho trovato scelta e cortesia. Sicuramente adatto per cene in coppia, con amici e anche in famiglia. Consigliatissimo
