We popped in for a quick lunch were pleasantly surprised but the delicious dishes. The amuse bouche was a great addition as well.

This restaurant is located in a narrow alley. The auger was divinely prepared. The portions are not large but they are delicately prepared and tastefully served. The wine and short drink selection is also huge.
The place is elegant.
The prices are higher than average. If you go there, try it.

Amazingly tasty dinner. Everything we ordered (Caponata, buratta, pasta and fish) exceeded our expectations by much. Service was also very attentive and friendly. Francesco advised us very nice wine that paired perfectly to the main dish.
In my opinion, overall rating in Google is a little lower than it should be. This is very safe choice if you want remarkable and tasty dinner in Taormina with stunning view to Piazza IX Aprile and top of St.Giuseppe church.

I went to Vicolo Stretto in Taormina alone and felt completely ripped off. Mussels and sea bass, an Aperol Spritz (€15) and unsealed water (€5), plus a “complimentary” vegetable soup — all very ordinary, small portions, and overpriced. With a €5 coperto and 15% service charge, I paid €90 for a forgettable meal. The restaurant is purely for tourists and only recommended by Michelin, not starred, so the price is completely unjustified. I deeply regret wasting my time and money.

Great atmosphere. Service was very good.
The panzanella salad was fantastic! My entree (version of bolognese) was good - this is my first Michelin star restaurant and I have to say I was disappointed in that regard. All in all very good.
15% auto gratuity was a bit much. If I felt like leaving it, I would. Just raise prices if the 15% is needed to run the restaurant.

This restaurant, recommended by our hotel, is a wonderful surprise.
At the top of a narrow staircase lies a culinary gem!
A terrace with a breathtaking view. A truly varied menu.
Prices commensurate with the location.
Truly exquisite dishes, as well as a few thoughtful touches (welcome drink, soup).
If you have the time (reservations are highly recommended) and the budget, don't hesitate, go for it! You won't regret it.

Incredible experience at Vicolostretto. Definitely make the trip up the small alley way - the views, pasta and service were the best in Taormina!

The view is awesome but that’s kind of where it ends. We got this recommendation from our hotel and it was probably our most boring meal. The food was not bad at all, it just didn’t stand out to me. The beef carpaccio appetizer was probably the best thing we had. For dinner, I had the gnocchi and the sauce was a little lackluster. My husband enjoyed his meat sauce pasta. The service was great and our server was super kind, but I just wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Despite the chaos of Taormina in the middle of August (Sunday the 17th), we found ourselves in a restaurant located right in the center yet magically secluded and quiet. Thanks to the hospitality and courtesy of the owner, Mr. Massimo, you can enjoy excellent and tasty typical Sicilian dishes in a peaceful and quiet atmosphere near a lovely, cool terrace. We'll be back at the first opportunity! Giovanni & Germana.

The staff were helpful, professional, and friendly. We were there about a week ago and will definitely be back. The couscous is a must-try, full of seafood—I'd say it's stellar!
