A restaurant inside a hotel, with a very intimate and quiet atmosphere. Friendly service. Good dishes, including some unusual ones. It's a shame about the large amount of frozen fish, given the location by the sea.

Excellent seafood dishes featuring traditional cuisine with a modern twist. Attentive and impeccable service. The location, despite being in Otranto, doesn't allow you to see the sea... Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

The restaurant is located inside a beautiful hotel. The service is very friendly. Antonio in the dining room is helpful and knows how to pamper guests. The menu offers a variety of interesting and innovative choices. They are very kind in accommodating the needs of a celiac sufferer. A place to dine in relaxation and enjoy innovative and tasty dishes. P.S.: Every Sunday there is a pizzica evening with a buffet. A very pleasant evening and a rich buffet.

Restaurant located in a beautiful 4-star resort with a swimming pool and an outdoor garden with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent hospitality, carefully prepared food rich in flavor, and ample free parking where you can leave your car after dinner to explore the beautiful city of Otranto. The Fork discount was applied without any trickery, unlike other restaurants that pretend to apply it. Clean restrooms, average prices, and medium-large portions. On Sunday evenings, they serve pizzica salentina with a typical Salento menu; I recommend booking outside in the garden for that day.

I also liked the beer, as well as the dessert... very nice place, there are still some details missing from what I've been told, and there are also outdoor tables... very friendly staff, wearing masks as they should these days... definitely recommended 😋 I reiterate my opinion... I've been back, the pizza was really good 👍👍👍 The highlight of last night... I had the "pittule with Nutella and coconut" for dessert, a delicious combination... 👏👏👏 Updating my review... I tried ordering pizza for home delivery... the pizza arrived piping hot, naturally good, and crispy (I had no doubts). Excellent service!!! P.S.: Right on time...🙂 I'm back to update this review... Last night I went to Made in Sud again... to my great surprise, I saw that the outdoor dining area was available, even if a few details are still missing... it's simply AMAZING!!! So what more could you ask for... Spectacular location... delicious pizza, craft beer, and, to finish, a delicious dessert prepared by the delightful Chef Andrea... The pizzas are always excellent, but Made in Sud also boasts excellent cuisine, starting from the appetizers to the two first courses... land and sea, expertly prepared by Chef Andrea. The hospitality, food, location, and staff were truly fabulous... I highly recommend it 👏👏👏👏👏 After quite a while, I'm back to update my review. The dining room has changed a bit, with additional tables. Last night I ordered the "Mister Satan," which was delicious. I also had the chocolate soufflé... the warm heart was perfect. 28/02/2026: If I could, I'd give it 6 stars. We stopped here for lunch and had a wonderful time. The waiter was extremely kind, fast, and professional. He served us promptly and was able to recommend the dishes. We had a raw fish appetizer and a pasta dish. The food was truly fresh, with delicate flavors and generous portions. The restrooms were also a plus: everything was clean and tidy. When we return to Santa Maria di Leuca, we'll definitely return to this restaurant.
