A place with plenty of outdoor seating and others in a gazebo-like setting, though enclosed and pleasantly air-conditioned. We ordered their specialty pinsa and classic fried dishes as an appetizer. They have various types of supplì available. The staff is young and well-managed by a lady. Everything was delicious, but the tiramisu, prepared and served at your table, was exceptional.

Very nice atmosphere, excellent food, but poor service. We had fried food and burgers. I have to say, truly excellent! The fried food was light and fragrant, the burger bun was very digestible, the meat tender and flavorful. The service was nonexistent: very young and inexperienced people, some wandering between the tables with plates in hand asking who owned them, impossible to get a wine recommendation because no one knew anything, and I ordered an amaro that never arrived. Everyone is kind and tries hard, but they're truly inexperienced. The owners should understand that service is worth 50% of the price. Menu prices are above average. I'll be back anyway to try the pinsa, which looked excellent.

I was in Rome for work and was staying in the busy area. What can I say, everything was fabulous. The pinsa in my opinion was the best in Rome. The supplì with courgettes and taleggio were mouth-watering. But the tiramisu that he made for me at the table was a real treat for my taste buds. Excellent service, the guys were very nice. The prices were right for the raw materials used.

Review for Viavai Roma (EUR - Roma 70, Grottaperfetta) I often frequent this restaurant and I can say that every time it is a confirmation. The food is good, both for the Roman pinza - really tasty and light - and for the dishes, always carefully prepared and well presented. The real highlight, however, is the freshly prepared tiramisu: I find it simply divine, a final treat that alone deserves the visit. The price is average, in line with the quality offered.
