I visited this shop for lunch a few days ago. I loved everything about it, especially the meat. All the ingredients were high-quality artisanal/organic. My heartfelt thanks to the chef!

I absolutely recommend this experience. I had a very generous aperitif: a platter of cured meats and cheeses, vegetables, lasagna, and bruschetta. Truly high-quality products. The dessert was also fantastic: a maritozzo with pistachio cream and whipped cream. The staff is truly friendly and helpful, the place is very welcoming, and the quality/price ratio is more than adequate. It deserves more than 5 stars!

Definitely a positive experience, one to repeat. As soon as we entered the Bottega, which is also a very welcoming place full of all sorts of delicacies, we were greeted by Emanuele, who even called me by name, as if he had known me all my life, and this familiarity made me very happy. He directed us to a small room, where a very kind young man showed us our table and immediately brought us the menu. He recommended a snack menu and a dinner menu, which included tastings of truly excellent cured meats and cheeses, crispy pizza and locally produced farmer's bread, various vegetables prepared in the shop, and two portions of bruschetta. As for the bruschetta, it was two slices of farmer's bread with: one with chopped gambuccio (a kind of ham), which is something out of this world; the other, chopped cherry tomatoes with Bronte pistachios, a unique delicacy. At this point, we were full, but we saw the pizza platter passing by and couldn't resist trying that too. If you're expecting a classic pizza, you've come to the wrong place. It's a pizza made with bread dough that's very crumbly and light, topped with all sorts of goodies. I have more to say, all positive, but I've already gone on too long, so I say to anyone reading this, try this gastronomic experience and form your own opinion of the Bottega. And in any case, my husband and I felt so at home that we were there for breakfast the next morning. Thanks to Emanuele and all his staff, including his wife Daniela, who was busy in Montemonaco for the chestnut festival. I forgot... I'm not attaching any photos because we didn't take any, we were so busy eating. 🤗

Finalmente un posto dove anche chi è intollerante al lievito di birra e al lattosio puó fare una colazione top! Abbiamo preso una crostatina con crema e fragole fotonica, un mega maritozzo con panna e crema al pistacchio eccezionale e un classico muffin con gocce di cioccolato. Tutti i prodotti sono fatti con lievito madre e ci sono diverse opzioni per intolleranti. Infine abbiamo preso una pizzetta da asporto che era davvero buonissima! La qualità altissima degli ingredienti, la passione, la preparazione e la gentilezza del personale lo rendono un locale fantastico!
