22/07/2025: Hot, no air conditioning inside, no fans outside. Excessive heat and humidity. Mineral water only 0.50 liters, or 0.25 liters. Makes no sense, never seen this before. Asked for a carafe of tap water in addition to the mineral water ordered, response "we don't serve water in a carafe in this place". Maxiburger toasted and full of sauce, left over. Wait staff distracted. Sliced arugula with meat on a bed of arugula that was cooked like that. This also makes no sense. Parmesan shavings on the meat, then melted cheese, this also makes no sense. Grilled vegetables skimpy, not as per the menu. Prices generally good.

21/07/2025: If you enjoy nature, this is an excellent location for a day trip. We took advantage of a visit to the Arzino springs and the waterfalls the stream forms along its course in the Preone area. The restaurant fully reflects the characteristics of a mountain hut, rustic as tradition has handed down, yet clean and well-kept. The dishes are characteristic of the area, using simple but high-quality ingredients. The service is good; the staff are attentive and helpful, always keeping in mind the style of the restaurant. The route is a bit challenging, but worth a try.
