Too bad about the food. My partner and I ate a mixed fried fish dish and were disappointed. For the price, which is too expensive and for the poor quality and quantity. The service is excellent and the environment is truly unique and special.

E' stata la prima volta che siamo venuti in questo locale sulla darsena di Savona e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Abbiamo cenato all'interno, locale relativamente piccolo e molto coccoloso. Accoglienza molto gentile e una carta intrigante. La titolare e chef, ci ha consigliato come entrèe la sua "Sorpresa" che si è rivelata decisamente gradita: un panino caldo imbottito con molluschi vari in una panatura particolare e gradite salsine. Abbiamo poi scelto due ottimi primi piatti, saporiti e ben presentati. Il dolce presentato in una piccola arbanella, definito "zabaioso", è buonissimo! Come vino, abbiamo apprezzato un buon Malvirà TreUve 2020. Complimenti.

Many people know Genoa. Savona, on the other hand, is often ignored. Not so through us on our journey. Coincidentally, a parking space just became available at the harbor, which we were able to take over, actually just to stretch our feet for a moment. On the walk around the old harbor we came across the Ristorante Versio il Maestrale. We spontaneously asked for a free table and sat down for lunch. And we haven't regretted it. Quite the opposite. The small, very special restaurant exudes a great sense of coziness with great attention to detail. This extends to the individual dishes, which were created with a lot of love but also professionalism. We were thrilled. Also from the friendliness of the staff and the whole atmosphere. Savona's charm only becomes apparent at the second or third glance and has to be worked on. A visit to Verso il Maestrale will certainly help and is highly recommended by us.

Truly everything was excellent... for the quality of the cuisine, for the hospitality and for the environment... We always come back with great pleasure.

We came for the second time and like the first everything was 5 stars like Google's 4 recession requests Total 20 Stars (I won't add anything else)!!!

a romantic place as a location, the owner is really kind and helpful and even remade a fish first course that for one of our guests was not good... a gesture that is nothing short of professional and admirable. I also recommend choosing the very characteristic interior

Attracted by the originality of the place, we had lunch: super starter, even more main courses, excellent desserts. In addition to good food, generous quantities, friendly waitresses. Highly recommended!!!
