I've been there for dinner and both times we were truly satisfied: unusual, carefully prepared dishes, made with seasonal vegetables; excellent wines, and all in a truly enchanting atmosphere. Highly recommended! (But book early!)

I didn't think it was true. A treat for us, the ones who are always rushing around. Every now and then you need to stop and recharge, and this is one of the few places where that's possible. The food is refined, the rooms are amazing. Paolo has a hospitality that only a few can match. These are qualities. Well done guys.

We enjoyed this wonderful place last June. It was an unforgettable experience because the location is beautiful, and the owners are very kind and discreet. We ate delicious dishes, prepared with care and expertise. Highly recommended!

A quiet place and a magical view. A treat we should all treat ourselves to, for the pleasure of eating well.

We only stated for dinner and it was a culinary treat. The menu, based almost only in local fresh ingredients, changes on a monthly base and it is never obvious nor commonplace. Both the entree - honeydew melon, cucumber and cranberry in a sweet sauce of apple and celery - as well as the blueberry risotto and the light fried zucchini with pesto and burrata were inventive dishes, carefully blending different flavors for a great result. We’ll be back for the next menu !

I've been dining at Verdecrudo for many years, and the quality has always remained excellent. The dishes are surprising, with balanced flavors, and the wine selection is refined. I thank Alice and Paolo for their kindness and the passion they put into their work.

Incredibly well prepared, well presented and tasty food. Wine list is excellent and prices are very reasonable. The location is beautiful. Should be booked weeks in advance!
