Everything is as it should be. .a negroni is made to perfection. .a draft beer for 0.50 and such.. no 0.40.. a club sandwich is made to perfection. . And all this is not to be taken for granted... because I have been going to the lake for 40 years... and believe me there are few professionals. .but verbanella is. .

All great, short waiting times! It's not a restaurant! No first and second courses! A sandwich of Parma ham, a toast, (good) 1 small plate of crisps with the skin (very good), a slice of apple pie (good), a tiramisu (superlative) two coffees (acceptable) arrived at the table already lukewarm, but that's the only criticism that can be made considering the constant crowding. Total 39 euros. It may seem excessive, but to provide a fast service you need staff that costs a lot, so it's fair enough! Tables with an enchanting view of the lake, or a large and quiet side garden. Recommended for anyone who wants to refresh themselves without pretensions, and without surprises and still good. A not insignificant detail, it is only 650 meters from the station and 300 from the pier and is practically at the beginning of the lakeside that runs towards Baveno, does it get better than this?!

Two people had lunch outdoors last week. It was a beautiful sunny day. Excellent lunch, even though it was crowded the service was fast and precise. Wide choice, from aperitifs, toasts, etc. Average prices for the place. The only flaw was that the POS line wasn't working at the time. Luckily we had some cash. For the rest we were satisfied with the choice.
