Given the reviews, we wanted to try it for ourselves! We had a wonderful time! The welcome was warm, the setting was lovely, the service impeccable, and the waiters were lovely and funny! As for the pizza dough being "too thick" as I read in some reviews, that's how it's made in some regions of Sicily!

A traditional restaurant in the heart of Trapani. A lovely setting with Sicilian colors. The seafood dishes are delicious!

Definitely recommended, even if there are a few initial flaws—it took almost 25 seconds to order.
Aside from that, the staff were welcoming, helpful, and very friendly.
The food was good.
For eggplant parmigiana lovers… it's the best.

The atmosphere is pleasant and the prices are generally fair. However, the staff wasn't always friendly: some employees seemed overly pushy, with a forced and unpleasant friendliness.
The pizza didn't seem bad at the time, but once we got home, we had a hard time digesting it, which detracted from the overall experience.

Unfortunately, I have to give a rather negative review, and now I'll explain why. We sat at a table with friends, and I ordered pasta busiata allo scoglio and a sea bass. After a 10-minute wait, I was brought the second course first, and then the first course, which was the most anticipated. Instead of pasta busiata allo scoglio, I was brought spaghetti with clams, and the waiter almost forced me to eat the dish even though I had ordered something completely different. After a 15-minute wait, having refused the dish, it was brought back to me with some mussels added. No comment.

Authentic and pleasant place. Quaint but friendly staff, with a waiter who sings and shouts things from time to time. The food was good, especially the seafood dishes. The house cassata dessert was very good, unlike the usual, fresh and fluffy.

I was surprised at so many negative reviews as the food I had was OK for the prices charged especially as it is in a prime tourist spot. Service was quick and attentive.
