My friend and I were so happy with our experience! I have some severe allergies that have prevented me from eating gelato, but Veronica went above and beyond to ensure my safety and peace of mind. She made my experience memorable and so joyful. I am overcome with gratitude and the ice cream was delicious!! 😋

I went to Venchi after the renovation opened, to buy Easter eggs. Veronica served me and was very kind, patient in explaining me and also available to let me taste the chocolates in reference to the eggs I was purchasing. I will definitely go back to try their ice cream, but also for the counter full of little products that haven't gone unnoticed, perhaps for some gifts... Prices in line with the products and services they are offering.

Congratulations for the renovation of the place, it seems larger. Thank you for adding internal seating. Today we had a fantastic ice cream (hazelnut and pistachio), very good with an intense and authentic aftertaste. Compliments to the ice cream maker.
