13/03/2025: Fantastic restaurant, so much so that I returned twice in the space of a week! Convivial atmosphere "like in the past", trained and very kind staff. As for the menu, in addition to traditional classics, we also find more particular proposals (both genres are good). So far I have personally tasted their tigelline both with parmesan ice cream and with a selection of cured meats and homemade giardiniera, what can I say... spacey. As first courses, the lasagna with truffles and the tortelli filled with parmesan cream with blackberry ham from Romagna are really tasty but my favorite was the ravioli filled with frigione, amazing. As a second course I tasted the pheasant hunter style for the first time and I must say that it is really good, delicate and tasty at the same time, finally I tasted the braised cheek with purée and crispy fried onion, it melted in the mouth with an incredible explosion of flavours.
