Today, with my son, who had already been here for lunch, I took a wonderful trip out of town, discovering a gastronomic experience I was unfamiliar with. A quaint, small but very welcoming place, in an almost bucolic landscape that evokes the serene atmosphere of country life that is denied to us, urbanized city dwellers... Their donkey grazing on the grass is an image from another era... Combined with the pure air you breathe deeply, the kind and professional staff, and, above all, the fantastic cuisine and historic Ligurian dishes, for me, an octogenarian Genoese, it is a true pleasure that warms the heart. Simple, clean, and welcoming atmosphere. The menu isn't extensive, but it offers some traditional Ligurian classics, including farinata, vegetable pies, brandacujun, sardeneira, trofie, and tagliatelle. Main courses include stockfish, braised beef, and desserts like panna cotta and tiramisu. Overall, the food is good and flavorful. Decent wines by the glass. Reasonable prices. In good weather, they also have outdoor seating on the lawn.

So the food...homemade...simple....trained staff...they immediately reinvented themselves for my lactose intolerance....the structure is a simple environment... Very rustic.

A truly fabulous discovery. Feeling welcomed at home in a familiar and convivial atmosphere, with excellent dishes, fabulous Ligurian appetizers, and traditional Ligurian first and second courses of excellent quality. Excellent wine list. Courtesy and friendliness.
We will definitely be back. Keep up the good work. In the summer, I saw they have a beautiful outdoor seating area, definitely worth trying.

This restaurant is located on the coast of Genoa Sestri, opposite the train station.
The restaurant is cute, well-kept, a little small, but welcoming. The dishes are well-made, especially the pasta dishes, which are one or two steps above the other dishes.
Parking... Best to arrive in a small car.
