Food was okay, service was below average (they didn't even ask if you wanted a second wine or a café or amaro after your meal). Plates were cleared away without a word. Ambience is very nice.

I visited this restaurant while on a holiday in Pizzo, Calabria. The food was hot and delicious, and the service was 5 stars. The waiter was attentive to our needs, and the ambience of the restaurant was awesome! We dined outside, and the weather in Tropea was wonderful! I highly recommend a visit to the Vecchio Granaio restaurant in Tropea, Italy.

El Vecchio Granaio está situado en una ubicación atractiva con buenos asientos al aire libre. El servicio está bien. Sin embargo, la comida puede ser demasiado cara y decepcionante. No hay albahaca en la margarita pastosa o la ensalada Caprese de € 15! Espaguetis falsos alle vongole. Hay mejores lugares para comer en la hermosa Tropea.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about here. Everything was tip top, super tasty and delivered to the table very quickly.

The restaurant is located in a courtyard with a Calabrian atmosphere. The service is nice, we got a table even without a reservation. The wine selection is a bit poor. Wine by the glass is only available in one type each of red and white. For appetizer we had pecorino with red onion jam - great, recommend. Main course grilled steak and tuna - well cooked. Minus - we were not warned that the side dish is not included in the price of the meal and it was not offered to us

Amigos bajaron del pizzo, tomamos bebidas, pizzas personales y calamares. Todos están bien preparados Bonito restaurante escondido en un callejón. Muy buena noche en el restaurante. Pasar varias horas, y nunca fueron apresurados.

01/01/2025: Located in the small square in front of the terrace, you go down the stairs to access a suggestive environment with a stone vault. Breathtaking views overlooking the sea from the windows. It offers an à la carte menu and a fixed price menu proposal at 35 euros, consisting of a first course and a second course to choose from among three alternatives. Both menus offer both meat and fish. The fixed price menu proposal is more than satisfactory, therefore: penne with pink prawns from Capo Vaticano, fusilloni with black pig cheek and datterino tomatoes, 2 steaks of grilled swordfish with salmoriglio sauce. Everything excellent; to savor the taste of the prawn it was not necessary to eat it, as it was impregnated with the delicate datterino sauce. The fusilloni are flawless, as are the sword steaks. Attentive and courteous waitress, generous in providing answers to our requests, precise and friendly waitress.
29/12/2024: Pimm’s Restaurant is amazing! A restaurant on your “must do” list while you are in Tropea. The owner is engaging, the food absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere delightful….oh, and the prices are very reasonable.

05/10/2024: The food is simply amazing! We took grilled swordfish, tuna, Parmigiano - the portions were huge, but we ate everything because it was very tasty! Location, prices, desserts - also excellent. Recommendation!!!❤️
03/10/2024: We came here for dinner on Thursday evening. We were there right after the opening and found a place without any problems. We ordered pizza and local wine. The food was delicious. The wine is also very good. Finally, we asked for an espresso to stimulate digestion. The service was very nice. The food was served quickly. I highly recommend it ;)
