Carne salada carpaccio with potato rosti...super good, a trattoria from another era...with a unique flavor...there are few places like this left! We loved it!

Since it's an osteria, it's assumed that the prices aren't excessively high and that there's a good quantity of food. In this case, the prices were a bit high (a first course of paccheri with wild boar, €18, isn't cheap!)
The quality of the dish, however, was very good (although a bit too dry). The Angus steak with potatoes was average (though the portion wasn't generous). The ossobuco, on the other hand, wasn't good [served with yellow rice], and both were bland.
Prices are high. The atmosphere is nice (they've converted the bar area into a separate room).

Good morning, we had lunch at this typical osteria. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly. The only flaw was the bland food. The goulash was more of a stew, with no paprika or salt. The mushrooms were watery and lacking in salt. Even the polenta tasted bland. I would recommend the chef try the dishes. Prices are reasonable.

We organized a business lunch with Itas. The carpacio with red onion and delicate aged ricotta was excellent. The Teroldego Amarante risotto with Casolet was truly stellar. Well done, Alberto, congratulations, a truly excellent dish! The meal ended happily with delicious desserts. Kudos also to the service, which was tidy and very professional. Our guests were very satisfied. Compliments to the entire staff.

A lovely restaurant in the center of Ala. The food was good, especially the salted meats. The service was friendly and fast. Prices were a bit high. The four of us ordered two appetizers, three first courses, a second course, two waters, half a glass of wine, and four coffees, for a total of €125.

This historic osteria offers traditional dishes and excellent ingredients, a variety of flavors to suit every palate. Enjoy a wide selection of appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts, all served inside the osteria, located in the historic building in the center of Ala. The staff is attentive, courteous, and extremely professional. I highly recommend stopping here to savor the flavors of Trentino cuisine.

Let me start by saying that we're not from the area; we stumbled upon this Osteria by chance, drawn by previous reviews.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend an evening in a well-kept and clean osteria. The dishes are beautiful and carefully crafted (very well, in my opinion).
I fell in love with the risotto I ate! And I also loved the wrapped pork fillets!
We were also pleasantly surprised by the value for money.
