We were there yesterday. The staff were very polite, the food was excellent and plentiful. The only flaw was the two-seater table placed in front of a pellet stove, less than a meter away, and it was excessively hot... something to fix. We'll be back.

Everything was excellent for Christmas this year. We had lunch at the restaurant. Everything was good. Excellent service and friendly, helpful staff.

Good food, well cooked. The owner was there to check if everything was okay. The dining room was very nice, with atmospheric windows. Perhaps it could have been a little cheaper since there was only a second course.

We happened to see a flyer with the menus on social media, and we decided to try this restaurant, attracted by the "bollito" (boiled meat). We're from Como, so we drove for about an hour, with no traffic, around 8 pm... the place is easy to find, with its own private parking. It's not very big, but the restaurant is a pizzeria, and it has a good, varied menu. We tried the boiled meat and polenta, and the braised meat. I'd say they were two excellent choices. The staff welcomed us kindly and cordially, and from the moment we entered to the moment we left, we saw smiles on their faces (which unfortunately isn't a given in restaurants...). I highly recommend it!

Discovered by chance, it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. It has many strong points, starting with the beautiful dining room. The unique, carefully crafted dishes are excellent and plentiful. The owner and staff are extremely kind, the service is prompt, and the parking is convenient. The outdoor summer garden is also beautiful.

Excellent cuisine, slightly long waiting times, discreet atmosphere

I visited this trattoria "Ristoro" in Caslino d'Erba again with a group of friends, and everyone was completely satisfied: the paccheri allo scoglio were exquisite, with a very balanced flavor; the grilled fish was sublime; the fried lake fish had an authentic and unforgettable flavor; and the swordfish carpaccio was delicious. A word about the desserts is a must: the corn cake with apples and figs, the torta paesana, and the chocolate salami were delicious. The result was that everyone enjoyed every course. The prices are definitely fair for the quality of the food. The service was simple, attentive, and very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth trying and frequenting! We'll definitely be back!

Had the most wonderful lunch at Bar Trattoria Ristoro! We got the Pizzoccheri and Tagliatelle ai Porcini, which were delightful and freshly made! Then the desert came and we got the forest cake, apple and fig polenta and lemon sorbet which were all heavenly! The forest cake and polenta were melting in our mouth and so flavour! Could not get enough of it! Thank you very much for the lovely staff and amazing chef! The waitress was so lovely and helpful! A must visit place! 😍Grazie mille!
