Vecchia Saponeria In Gallipoli

Renovated place with a spatial view of the sea, super friendly staff who do everything possible to please everyone! The drinks are delicious (the version of the one with watermelon and the one with mango are definitely worth trying!) I took a pinsa with yellow datterini tomatoes, capocollo and taleggio (if I'm not mistaken the "Martinese"): spectacular, a mix of flavors and priceless quality! What can I say... highly recommended!

Small restaurant overlooking the sea with a pleasant climate. We drank a gin and tonic several evenings after dinner and the cocktails were always perfect as were the friendly staff. We recommend it!

The staff are incredibly nice, and the drink selection is fantastic, with really good cocktails. They also feature live music from talented musicians, creating an atmosphere where people from all over the world end up dancing together. And the best part? Every magic hour, you get a perfect view of a stunning sunset. Good people, great drinks, and amazing views—there's no better place to visit.

The perfect place to enjoy an aperitif with friends with a sea view along the walls or in peace in the courtyard. Splendid place and cocktail with attention to small details thanks to the bartender Marco and the sweetness of Frida, the driving force of the place. I highly recommend it, you will absolutely not be disappointed.

La Saponeria is hands down the best place in Gallipoli for hand crafted cocktails, great conversation and spectacular sunsets. You can’t miss Marco & Frida welcoming hospitality.
