Very nice place for a drink, in fact we had two because they are served with a lot of ice and not a lot of alcohol. Music is very good and the atmosphere is also super nice.

We came here 3 times during our visit to Gallipoli fir cocktails! The staff are friendly, and there was a live band one night, and a dj the other! Highly recommend checking this spot out.

A truly beautiful and unique place: the outdoor space is well-kept, while the indoor garden is delightful and conveys that feeling of being "out of this world." The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for an evening with friends or a quiet chat. The gin selection is excellent and well-stocked, and the cocktails are crafted with care and expertise. A place definitely worth a visit in Gallipoli!

I didn't have time to get to know the place because a fall in front of it ended my vacation (two days ago). I'm writing to thank the staff for the attention I received from them, who called the ambulance and didn't stop caring for me for a moment with what I needed and accompanied me the whole time. When you're in a country that's not yours and with a language you don't know, it's really appreciated to have someone who's with you in difficult times. I have to go back even if it's just to thank you for what you did. Thank you very much!!

We found it to be a wonderful place for an aperitivo, enjoying the sunset and the beauty of Gallipoli. Exceptional service, a great choice! We'll definitely be back next year!

Thank you Saponeria in Gallipoli. What an amazing laid back lovely bar in the old town overlooking the sea/beach. It has a nice courtyard with comfortable seats and a front area to sit. Good drinks, lovely cocktails and friendly staff, who work hard. The music kept us going back time and time again. August 2025.
