We went to dinner at "La Vecchia Roma" on our last night in Rome. And it was the best choice possible! The fact that most of the guests are Italian already shows you that it's authentic Italian food at a very affordable price. As if that weren't enough, the waiters are friendly and kind, and the place is decorated with football posters, memorabilia, and souvenirs from wonderful Rome. I highly recommend it!

A very typical place, it's not easy to find a spot, but it's worth a try: fast and attentive service, traditional and homemade food, and reasonable portions. Wi-Fi. Only one unisex restroom, not accessible (there's a staircase).

This please is special. You genuinely feel like you are being welcomed into their home for dinner. And as for the food, you are in for a treat. It is flavourful, pure, and clearly prepared with heart. I don’t know how else to describe it than being simply real Italian dining. Not orchestrated for tourists, but rather it’s a place that doesn’t need this review to deserve all five stars. Grazie

A house where only real Italians lived. The lasagna is really delicious, and the amatriciana is just so-so. For some reason, it seems like a great carbonara restaurant. They also provided free bruschetta before the meal (I guess I was lucky), and the staff were friendly. There is enough intention to visit again.

13/03/2025: Ambiente piacevole e raffinato, servizio attento e piatti curati nei minimi dettagli. Le capesante con funghi erano semplicemente deliziose, con un perfetto equilibrio di sapori. Ideale per chi cerca qualità e discrezione in un incontro professionale. Tornerò sicuramente!
13/03/2025: Sono stata da Era Gusto e Passione e ne sono rimasta entusiasta! Atmosfera curata, servizio impeccabile e piatti che conquistano al primo assaggio. Il crudo di mare era freschissimo, la pasta fatta dal giovane chef un vero comfort food e i dolci da sogno. Tutto perfetto, tornerò sicuramente!
