We were in Riolo Terme for four nights and visited three times. The waitress was amazing and tried everything she could to provide service the best way possible. Even though my Italian isn’t great we understood each other good and had a very good time. I will definitely come again, as soon as I’m back in this beautiful region.

Attracted by the old taverns I also tried the old market tavern. Described as typical Romagna, but I found little about Romagna, starting from those who work there and arriving at the Milano salami on the cold cuts platter. However, fast and attentive service. Good food, but nothing that makes me want to return. The crostini and fried polenta are good, forget the risotto with porcini mushrooms and the parpadelle (as they call them) with porcini mushrooms. Low bill for what we ate.
