a friend of mine who is from here recommended this restaurant to me and it was the best experience i have had in florence. the food was exceptional, staff so friendly. absolutely loved that it was all locals and getting high quality food.

Guys!! What a wonderful experience at this Tuscan osteria, found by chance while looking for a place to eat.
Well, marble tables, comfortable osteria chairs; we ordered wild boar and a tagliata with side dishes. The wild boar Marammana was spectacular, and I won't even mention the tagliata. House wine. Excellent house wine (well, it's an osteria).

Excellent food. The Maremma-style wild boar was exquisite. The tagliata steak was spectacular. Photos... I forgot to take them... I was too hungry.

The family atmosphere of a typical Tuscan osteria. Friendly and welcoming waiters. The food is excellent quality and quantity. I'm lucky enough to live nearby, and whenever I have guests, I always try to bring them here! I've always had positive feedback.

Nothing special, but given that certain Tuscan restaurants have been making the same dishes every day for years, I'd expect something more:
The pappa al pomodoro was adequate, but with onion...which isn't in the original recipe. The bread wasn't soaked enough, and in some places it tasted like gnucco.
The grilled Cinta Senese was not juicy and overcooked. If you have foreign staff in the kitchen, you need to transfer the knowledge of a region, otherwise you risk eating like you're eating in a Tuscan restaurant abroad where the recipe is taken from any website. There are definitely better options in the city.

Trovo che il Nacchero sia una garanzia se si vuole mangiare bene. Sono stato lì più di una volta. Tra cena o pranzo con colleghi o cenetta con mia moglie. Cucina toscana ottima. Posso parlare principalmente di antipasti e secondi che li ho provati quasi tutti. Personale molto cordiale. Insomma se voglio passare una cena ottimo in zona Firenze, Firenze sud sicuramente il Nacchero mi viene in mente. Ho portato anche amici e famigliari. Tutti contenti. Un giorno, nel caso l avessi, ci portò la ganza 😜

Finalmente un ristorante che rispecchia le aspettative anzi le supera, location caratteristica fa da cornice a piatti tipici realizzati divinamente, menù con proposte Fiorentine, c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta,avrei ordinato tutto, primi piatti gustosi, secondi da applauso, il tegamino del carcerato è talmente buono che fa emozionare, il servizio cordiale e impeccabile, che dire se non,complimenti !
