Trattoria found by chance, returning to Piedmont from Liguria, stop for lunch. We were satisfied with the dishes, the appetizers a bit like this, but the first, tagliolini with fragrant porcini mushrooms and the second, a tasty cod with Taggiasca olives, and finally a tasting of truly exquisite local bitters... kind and welcoming owners. The place looks like an old trattoria, but clean.. to come back

Pranzo buono e servito in tempi brevi. Ottimi il vitello tonnato, l'insalata russa e le uova ripiene; indimenticabili le castagne bollite con la crema pasticciera: un ritorno all'infanzia. Non da meno il locale, in poche parole: come entrare in un film francese senza dover pagare il biglietto del cinema.

Informal, welcoming place with genuine, home-made cuisine. To be tasted, at the end of the meal and as a digestive, one of the hand-made choices proposed: I recommend the mountain chamomile, the Yarrow! Definitely a recommended stop while traveling along the 28.

08/12/2024: Perfetto equilibrio tra qualità delle materie prime, accoglienza, ambiente e prezzo. Entré di benvenuto di ottima qualità, perfetto abbinamento degli ingredienti delle portate e gentilezza del personale di sala. Piccola ma ottima cantina per accompagnare le portate. Sicuramente da riprovare.
23/11/2024: WOW Abbiamo preso menù degustazione di quattro portate a 45€ a testa. In più, è arrivato entreè composto da tre assaggi e pane fatto in casa di diverse tipologie accompagnato da burro con acciughe e lime. Ma a parte il prezzo che è perfetto, anche alla carta, la qualità dei prodotti è eccezionale. Location minimal, personale gentilissimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente e ovviamente super consigliato!! Complimenti
