Fabulous place created from an old customs house. Stone and brick rooms with windows overlooking the river. Very very beautiful. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent dishes. Reasonable prices. We took a cold cuts platter with cheeses and jams and four first courses, water, wine and coffee. We stayed one afternoon with the family. The town in the mountains in itself already gives you serenity. Highly recommended.

A beautiful old trattoria, you enter this stone and wood place and you feel welcomed by a warm and intimate environment. The service was friendly and fast, excellent value for money. We took a cold cuts/cheese platter and a Fassona Tartare that melted in the mouth, never eaten so good, a real delight for the palate and also for the eyes, a big round of applause to the chef. I also thank the owner for the particular kindness he showed us. And nothing... unfortunately we live 300km from this place...

Excellent food..The ravioli to the touch something wonderful, not to mention the wild boar with chestnuts!! The cheek is also delicious and super soft, we tasted 3 desserts, all excellent. A place that was a pleasant discovery... The place is particular and very beautiful, the staff were kind and attentive to everything! Truly recommended, we will definitely return with friends.

Terracotta floors, brick arches, wooden furniture and few dishes to choose from but really good ones. Warm and family environment. Found by chance, but recommended by choice👍🏼

A very hospitable place in an almost thousand-year-old building. Management is excellent. Excellent Piedmontese Ligurian border cuisine.

On the advice of friends we went to Vecchia Dogana, and despite the positive reviews the reality exceeded expectations... rustic stone and wood environment that conveys atmosphere and warmth. Tables spaced in the right amount to allow customers freedom of movement... top notch service with friendly and efficient helpful staff... and the food... appetizer with generously sized platter of exquisite traditional local cured meats and cheeses... ravioli au tuccu which deserve a Grammy award for the symphony.. and what about the second courses, truly exceptional tartare, veal with tuna top marks and wild boar that can be swallowed in the mouth and dila in zeneize.. and the desserts.. well I could tell you a lot about the desserts but then I would have to kill you..😏 The cellar is well stocked and with high quality wines.. so what can I tell you.. go and try.. but not all together and then I won't find a place..🤣

Ogni tanto vengo in questo locale ed è una conferma positiva: le proposte non sono numerosissime(per fortuna) ma di ottima qualita e tante sono con i prodotti della Valle Stura. Sul finir della cena sovente vengono ospitati dei gruppi musicali e davvero si passa una serata piacevole. I locali sono rustici e accoglienti, il parcheggio grandissimo in zona FS, basta poi fare una breve passerella per arrivare dritti al locale. Come già altri hanno recensito vini e le birre a non finire.
