Welcoming place and expert, attentive and passionate staff. Piadas stuffed with love for over 10 years, from the Classics to the most particular (the Ignoranti, the Delicate, ...) a varied choice of carefully selected local products. My favorite: carne salada, trentingrana and rocket with the possibility of choosing different types of dough, wholemeal, spelt and hemp. There is something for all tastes and the prices are excellent. A must when I pass through Rovereto and every time I end with a sweet piada with hazelnuts. Well done!! See you soon

Nice place, with tables to both sit at and stand by. Service is fast and polite, and the food is tasty and well worth the price. I suggest you pay the place a visit if you're in Rovereto

It is always a pleasure to eat a nice piadina here as it is not only the classic piadina but also decidedly innovative and refined doughs. The prices are really in line with what it offers. The staff is very kind and friendly, 5 stars truly deserved. You can see that there is a lot of passion in what this place offers, among other things it is located in an area that has convenient parking nearby. I personally recommend that you give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

10/06/2025: There are places that make you slow down without even asking. At Albergo Lo Scoiattolo, that's exactly what happened! Hospitality here is not a word, but rather a way of being, of doing. Lara and her mother welcome you as you do with people you've known for a long time, that way that makes you feel immediately at home. The silence of the place is a precious ally. Around the woods, quiet and deep breaths. A place that I recommend to those who want to find tranquility and calm, between a walk in the woods and simple dishes (because the cuisine is also top-notch!) but well-prepared that speak of the territory and tradition. An experience to repeat.
07/01/2025: Strategic position for trips and visits to cities. Very kind and helpful staff, the rooms were warm, spacious and with breathtaking views... Good restaurant and typical dishes. We will definitely be back!

23/06/2025: Brand new and very very beautiful Bistro!! Super welcoming staff and dishes that were nothing short of spectacular! We parked near Villa Strobele and then reached Arte Sella on foot in an hour. After visiting the park we stopped at the Bistro and we were super happy!
17/06/2025: The fantastic strudel after the walk is a very tasty reward! ♥️
