Recommended, it was for lunch and they didn't make pizza which they say is very good but I must say the kitchen also knows its stuff.

...living, not long ago, two kilometers from the restaurant and always passing by at times when it was closed, I was almost convinced it was a restaurant/pizzeria that had been closed for a long time. In fact, passing by one evening and realizing that things weren't as I thought (gate open, lights on, and lots of cars parked inside), I decided to "test" the place as soon as possible, discovering that... #GRANBELPOSTO, in all its aspects (immersive green space, dishes offered, service, etc.), so much so that, over the course of a couple of months this summer, I returned on several occasions and each time with different companions, who confirmed, all-round, the high level of satisfaction I had with a dinner at "VALLEY"...🔝💯

Visiting in August 2025. Very green setting/environment (vineyards and olive trees) and rustic decor, the perfect combo... The meringue, pastry cream, and wild berries dessert: DELIGHTFUL!!!! We encountered deer and fawns on the road as we left the restaurant, a magical moment. Welcoming staff with great advice. I recommend it 100%.

WONDERFUL EVENING IN PEACE. After an intense search for restaurants on the Euganean Hills in this June 2025, I decided to choose this place with the aim of finding the best quality at a good price. Expectations were well above average. Enchanting location, immersed in the greenery of a splendid "VALLEY" precisely, attentive, friendly and non-invasive staff, which for me is my fundamental companion in addition to the perfect dishes. Excellent gnocchi with ragù, exquisite burrata with culatello, very good quality sliced ​​beef, special "STRONG" hamburger and delicious chocolate soufflé. Dopo una giornata alle terme a Galzignano abbiamo cercato nelle vicinanze e devo dire che abbiamo scelto bene. Pizza, burger e pasta molto buoni. Ambiente confortevole con ampio parcheggio.
