Still under construction, but excellent food and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

On Sundays, my partner and I, along with our dog, often treat ourselves to a walk to discover new villages, landscapes, and nature, all while enjoying delicious local food. Today, on the recommendation of some guys we met in Cassano, we ended up at this restaurant located on the SS400, which connects all the wonderful Irpinia towns. The place is welcoming, the owner was incredibly kind, and the food was excellent. I love the maccheronata and the classic ragù, and this one is among the best I've ever eaten! We're already planning our return trip. The price was very fair for the quality and quantity of what we ate: two generous first courses, a mixed grill and a mixed meat with sauce, a side of baked potatoes, homemade tiramisu, water, coffee and only €28 each!

Great food. Lots of choices. Meat, pizza, pasta. Not exactly a cozy atmosphere, but the tables were neatly set and clean. Only Italian is on the menu and spoken here. So you won't get far with English, just so you know.

Lunch on the way back to Rome, there were two of us, we ate very well and spent little both for what we ate and for the abundance and quality of the products. An amatriciana and a gricia that were up to par! Nothing to envy of certain Roman taverns. The grilled sausage was also excellent We will return also for the pizza that they do not offer at lunch.
