This is a place we often visit after university and sometimes in the evenings. If you are a true Salernitan, you surely know this hidden pizza spot! 🍕 My favorites are Melanzane (eggplant) and Funghi (mushroom) pizzas, but for true gourmets, I highly recommend the Quattro Formaggi. It has a strong aroma, as it is made with four cheeses, one of the key ingredients being Buffalo mozzarella, which is produced in the Campania region, home to some of the best Buffalo mozzarella in the world. Alongside my favorite pizzas, I always order a Margherita as a snack. The pizza topped with potatoes might seem unusual at first, but once you taste the harmony of flavors, it becomes an unexpectedly delightful experience. If you're visiting this city, this place is a must-try! 😋🍕
