Uva & Menta In Trento

I was looking for a place that served gluten-free dishes in Trento and I was immediately attracted by the unconventional name "Uva & Menta". My husband and I, even without a reservation, were seated and served almost immediately. Splendid and smiling welcome from all the staff. The owner is a person who puts his heart into what he does. Our pizzas arrived almost immediately and.... SUPREME DELIGHT. Excellent quality ingredients and undoubtedly the best gluten-free pizza my husband has ever eaten (a very stuffed calzone). Even my crock, with regular flour, was an explosion of flavor. Wide choice of craft beers, including gluten-free ones. The place has a young and colorful soul all its own, cheerful, with music as the background of the evening. We felt really pampered. Nice atmosphere! We will definitely return even if we are from Bolzano. It's worth the trip to sample other specialties. Congratulations indeed.

The new management is excellent. Very good food, the pizza was very good before but now you notice the higher quality dough and ingredients. The service is also excellent. Advise!!

Excellent gluten-free pizza and desserts!!

We came across this place by chance, initially not very convinced because it didn't seem like a suitable place to have dinner. Instead this place far exceeded our expectations: excellent scrocchiarelle and really good craft beers. The staff is helpful and kind. Another positive note: they play beautiful music. Great experience :)

Good food, excellent beer, good value for money but above all the kindness, cheerfulness and helpfulness of the staff... all topped off with an avalanche of smiles!

Personale molto simpatico e gentile e disponibile. In tutto e per tutto. Oserei dire....come pochi. Abbiamo mangiato la pizza sia normale che senza glutine che vegana Buona buona buona buona.finalmente degne opzioni vegane Bravi. Continuate così.
