Very large, comfortable and clean room, excellent breakfast

Great location for summer, but the desk service isn't very helpful or friendly. Very good price in the off-season.

Great base for visiting Venice. The area is a bit deserted in the fall but the hotel is pleasant. Parking is provided.

Excellent service, comfortable and clean room with comfortable beds.

It is in an excellent location, the beach and shopping promenade are a few minutes walk away. The staff is kind and helpful, the breakfast is plentiful, special dietary needs can be accommodated. However, the equipment in the rooms is incomplete, a bit unpretentious. The refrigerator and air conditioning did not work, the shower door fell out. The part listed as an apartment is a ground floor room with barred windows without a terrace, with a dripping air conditioning inside, without additional apartment equipment (e.g. oven, microwave). Even with the windows closed in the rooms, the noise of the karaoke bar could be heard until late at night.
