I ate very well, in particular the pizza with caciocavallo and cavatelli with sauce was very good. It reminded me of my grandmother's sauce. Well done.

A very pleasant dinner right on the Sicilian square, a surprising discovery. My wife and I stumbled upon it by chance even though we have always been coming to Cilento on holiday. They welcomed us kindly and found a table even without having booked and despite being fully booked. The food was excellent, the veal steak, the starters, the side dishes, everything. We will be back to try something else.

Locale situato nella carinissima piazza del paesello, sembra di tornare i dietro nel tempo. Il locale è carino e i personale gentilissimo. Se amate il baccalà impossibile non dare 5 stelle a questo ristorante. Il baccalà è cucinato alla perfezione, in tutte le sue varianti, la scelta dei pezzi da cucinare in base al tipo di pietanza è perfetta, così come la dissalatura. Ma non c'è solo il baccalà, ottimi anche gli antipasti con le verdure cilentane a farla da padrone e strabilianti i dolci, soprattutto la crostata ricotta e fichi e quella con la crema al limone. In definitiva uno dei miei locali cilentani preferiti.

I recently visited Ustaria Rosella and would like to share my experience. In general, the food is very good: well-prepared dishes, fresh ingredients and authentic flavours. However, the service leaves something to be desired. The management of the room is rather poor, with too long waiting times for ordering and serving dishes. Furthermore, the atmosphere was disturbed by the behavior of children who ran and shouted between the tables without any of the staff intervening to restore order. This made the experience less pleasant for those, like me, who were looking for a quiet environment to enjoy the meal. In conclusion, while the quality of the food is undoubtedly good, the management of the service and atmosphere leaves a lot of room for improvement. ---

Abbiamo raggiunto questa trattoria / pizzeria su suggerimento di altri frequentatori ed abbiamo assaggiato solo tre pizze ma, a giudicare da quelle posso solo fare i complimenti al pizzaiolo. Pizza napoletana , con cornicione e leggermente elastica, ottimo L'impasto e la cottura. Molto buone quelle con i cruschi e baccalà, con scarola e provola (bianca) e quella con il ragù. La prossima volta assaggerò altri piatti.
