25/06/2025: Good evening, the sandwich is good. But the owner doesn't check his account. I would like to make him understand how you can eat a sandwich with 20 centimeters of greaseproof paper. Make him pay for the paper towel. And then a pinch of imagination, the salad is seasoned, it enriches the taste of the sandwich. IT IS NOT A REPROACH. IT IS A SHAME TO MAKE THE TASTE OF THE DISH LOSE.

Urubamba Nikkei - Fusion - Bar

17/07/2025: There are many ways to experience a special event. We chose to do it in a unique location, with meticulous attention to detail: Urubamba Nikkei Restaurant. The experience began with a warm welcome on the ground floor, where a bartender recommended we start the evening with a delicious Pisco Sour. A great introduction to the atmosphere. We then headed up to the rooftop, a terrace overlooking one of Naples' most iconic streets, where our gastronomic journey through Peru and Japan began. We began with the Tacos Urubamba: tuna tartare, guacamole, quinoa, and aji amarillo, an explosion of fresh and well-balanced flavors. Next up was Inkaponzu, caramelized cuttlefish in ponzu sauce, and then the delicious Bao Gamberi, a steamed bun with shrimp burgers, quail eggs, and a coriander emulsion. A true signature dish. The main course was "Our Paella," revisited with a Nikkei twist: rice with scampi, shrimp, sea bass, octopus, choclo, aji amarillo, and lobster bisque. A perfect blend of tradition and innovation. Everything was accompanied by an excellent Tramin Chardonnay, served by a young, professional, attentive, and knowledgeable staff, who passionately explained each dish to us. An experience we highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!
16/07/2025: A refined and surprising experience in the heart of Naples – Urubamba is a gem! Last night I had the pleasure of celebrating my sister-in-law's 40th birthday at Urubamba, and I can only give a rave review. The restaurant is located on a charming rooftop, on one of Naples' most elegant and characteristic streets. The atmosphere is refined but never cloying, with a perfect balance between elegance and hospitality. The cuisine is a journey between Japan and Peru, with meticulously crafted dishes that blend flavors and cultures in a creative yet harmonious way. A special mention goes to the caramelized cuttlefish accompanied by "choclo," Peruvian white corn, which won everyone over with its intense flavor and unique texture. The sushi rolls were also extraordinary, standing out for their original and surprising fusion pairings, which work perfectly. The wine recommended by the staff proved to be a perfect pairing: it enhanced each dish without ever overpowering it, perfectly complementing the variety of flavors on the menu. The staff is young, knowledgeable, and passionate, and they were able to guide us through the dishes, carefully explaining them even to those who were less accustomed to this type of cuisine. I will definitely be back to try other dishes!
