I give McDonald's in Naples a good rating. We went there because we had a flight back to Palermo. We ordered two Big Macs, two Hippy Meals, and a toasted sandwich. I ate it, and it was all good. The only thing I gave it four stars for was the service, because we waited 13 minutes and it was hot, but there was very little air conditioning downstairs, and the first floor had a lot of it. I hope I'll be back.

I occasionally stop by this MAC, and I have to say they're great at making the perfect latte because it's creamy and always full! They also make a great ginseng cappuccino because it's truly delicious! I recommend everyone try it!

I'm not a big fan of the food in general. The ice cream is always pretty much the same, the ones we usually get are decent, but I haven't seen the hygiene I find in other places here... smelly and unsightly elevator, dirty bathrooms, and unclean dining room, especially the one upstairs... Outside (besides the uncivilized people leaving food on the tables designated for consumption), I haven't seen any promptness on the part of the waiters in clearing the tables, which were immediately swarmed by pigeons. I honestly wouldn't eat there... The location is nice, but much more could be done.

Easy order, just press the union jack and it's all in English. Loved the dubai mac flurry.

I've been there three times, and I'm giving a particularly positive review for the food: the burgers were well-made, and especially the fries, which were always perfect. But it's true that the service at the counter could be better.

I only had Big Mac, but they must have exceptional salads because Germans are coming there to eat it.

Oh well! And McDonald's, you can't expect surprises. The day before, I wanted to go, but it was packed, and I had to run. It was a Sunday, so I came back the next day, with fewer people walking by. The attention, like in almost all fast food restaurants, was poor. The food, no surprise, you know what you're getting: a sandwich that looks nothing like the one in the photo, delicious fries, and a drink made for a car, generally... Man, sometimes the proportions are wrong, and the result sucks. The design to differentiate the women's and men's bathrooms is cute.
