The place you don't expect.... When you arrive it has all the air of a bar....but once you enter, you turn the corner and you find a very welcoming, clean and private restaurant room. Good choice of dishes....we ordered two first courses and two second courses....4 really really good dishes. Simplicity and good food are the winning combination of this place.

A wonderful discovery, from the outside it seems like entering a bar but in reality inside there is a small room used as a restaurant where you can eat genuine and traditional food. The owners were welcoming and very kind, excellent value for money. I highly recommend it

When you enter you think you will find a simple, small bar. Then you ask if you can have lunch and, to the side, you discover a small, tidy and clean space with a few well-organized tables. But the real surprise is the delicious and unique dishes. The speck and truffle guitars are phenomenal. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

A small anonymous-looking bar on the outside, a small restaurant room inside. Family management, local products with simple, good, abundant recipes. A pleasant discovery.

Excellent first course, very filling, Well filled sandwich and quality products. Truly unexpected place. To return!!!

While visiting another church in the area we needed to find a place to eat. This being small-town Italy and already after 1 pm everything was closed so we googled to see what was open and about 15 min away in the town of Guasto we found Uno Dopo L'Altro. Not expecting more than maybe a slice of pizza or panino we were pleasantly surprised the full Trattoria was open and not just the bar. Seeing some locals eating some pasta and ceci we all decided to get the same and it was a great choice. This was the best pasta ceci I've had other than my mother-in-laws. I highly recommend it to anyone who's in the area or even an hour away to stop in and have a bowl.

E' stata la mia cena preferita in Molise. Non dimenticherò mai le tagliatelle con funghi e porcini . Grande gentilezza. Locale semplice (all'esterno si presenta come bar) ma piacevole e accogliente.

Inaspettata sorpresa, attratti da altre recensioni sabbiamo deciso di rimanere anche noi molto positivamente sorpresi. Apparentemente un locale di ricezione quotidiana simile ad un carino bar di paese, si rivela essere un buon ristorante con un buon servizio fatto da ragazzi giovani ed educati. Buoni i piatti tipici della tradizione molisana. Molto consigliato.
