It has been a long time since I did not eat so well! Every thing was excellent, from the starter tonthe dessert. It was amazing!

Having been to a variety of typical Roman restaurants, this one was WAY better! Even the bread wasn’t typical, and flavorful for Roman bread. Great take on Carbonara and Roast beef pizza was great too! Bartender even made a Kentucky Mule

There are a lot of great restaurants on the street, but I feel like this one is by far the best. It is a more elevated experience. The employees are absolutely amazing and the food is Nxt Level. I highly recommend coming here and spending a little more money for a better experience and meal. I guess it’s up to you paper, napkins, or linen for a few dollars more…

Simply the best restaurant we’ve been to while on a holiday in Rome. We came once by chance and repeated and then came a third time :) The “explosion” ravioli are just amazing.

The service at this restaurant was very poor, unfriendly towards Asian customers. Since I had my own water, I didn’t order any, and the staff said “Thank you very much” in an extremely sarcastic tone. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

12/10/2025: Amazing... it looks like a classic osteria, but to my surprise, they also have vegan options! I had a delicious 3D-printed tagliata with porcini mushrooms!! And the vegan cheesecake was truly top-notch. The staff was really helpful and kind. I will recommend it to everyone.

06/10/2025: For us, it was a reaffirmation. My partner and I returned here after two years. We tried different pizzas and re-ordered some we'd already tried. The fact that they give you the option of getting half a pizza is fantastic, in my opinion.
23/09/2025: Extraordinary gourmet pizza, out of the ordinary. Light and fragrant dough, quality ingredients, and top-notch pairings. I recommend the tasting menu to try as many dishes as possible; the Sauris is a cut above everything else, if possible... Prices are above average, but I guarantee you get what you pay for.
