04/12/2025: I was here tonight... what can I say... Civitella hides a quality treasure that deserves to be discovered... The dough is the real surprise, and even the appetizer is a timeless Italian and Roman experience reminiscent of the cuisine of yesteryear. It's impossible not to notice the effort of a perfectionist. Never change. Stay the same. Truly a special dinner. Thank you.

25/08/2025: Personally, I had a great time. The staff was friendly, the pizzas arrived quickly, and they were delicious. My favorite is the white base with mozzarella, salmon, and a little arugula. I rarely see it on pizzeria menus, but not only is it on their menu, it's one of the best I've ever had. I also found the dough very light and easy to digest. I'll be back if I get a chance.
