Price: One of the very few places that still offers prices for normal people, totally respectful of the owners. Keep it up, you'll only be successful. I want to emphasize that this has drastically impacted my positive rating of the place. Exceptional location: 10 minutes walk from the center of Cervia and 10 minutes walk from the center of Milano Marittima. Venue: Clean room, clean entrance, garden with fantastic shaded wooden seating, artistic hotel interior style, true, unlike the sterile, modern, plastic-like Ikea style of many modern venues. Service: Fantastic. Never before have I experienced, not even in a 5-star hotel, so much information and an app to find out what to do in the city, both for beach and other activities. Plus, a guide to daytime and nighttime activities for both Cervia and Milano Marittima. Host: I really liked it; it was friendly, fast, professional, and precise. Viva Dorita! I thank the owner because I saw someone who cares about what she does and does it beautifully. She made me feel at home. And when that happens, I can only recommend it. Additionally, it's a very welcoming and well-kept place, and finally, a great price that's accessible to everyone.

I stayed for one night with friends at Mirabilandia. Convenient location for the park (about a 15-minute drive). Excellent value: the rooms are dated but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to guests' needs. Unlimited still and sparkling drinking water (including chilled water) was available—a nice touch!

Let's just say it like that... The owner was extremely kind and friendly. A problem with "room preparation" was resolved the next day. Attic room, perhaps a little small for three beds. The room lacks closets or storage, replaced by two exposed metal hangers. The cleanliness of the room, let's say, has a few flaws.

We spent 2 nights at Casa Dorita, and I have to say we were happy with our short getaway. I recommend booking directly by calling them! Our room was small but colorful, with a spacious and comfortable terrace. Cleanliness wasn't top-notch, as there were some dirt on the floor in the bathroom in some dark spots when flushing the shower (which unfortunately doesn't have a stall). They cleaned our room on the second day of our visit, which was appreciated. The rooms also have air conditioning, which we didn't use, however, because it was comfortable even in August. Unfortunately, there are no mosquito nets, but that's not a big deal. There's also a small safe for your personal items. The refreshment point at the entrance for refilling water, available 24/7, was very much appreciated. Breakfast is very limited, but there's still a wide selection of drinks and biscuits. Very warm welcome. Even on our last day, they let us leave our luggage after checkout and let us come and go as we pleased to organize our return trip. There's also a very convenient bathroom at reception. The staff are kind and helpful, and they also have an excellent website where they offer discounts for local shops and supermarkets, and provide information on local activities and travel plans. Good location for both Cervia and Milano Marittima.

Cheap but great for teens, breakfast and ionized water make the stay better

A comfortable guesthouse with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The staff is attentive, welcoming, and helpful. They met our every request promptly and attentively, within their means, of course. The hostess is always available to make your vacation even more special, and there are special deals with beaches, restaurants, and markets. Water is always available and free.

I spent two nights at this property and it was a very positive experience. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, especially Mrs. Marta and the young man from Ghana who cleans. The location is excellent for reaching the sea and other attractions, such as the pine forest and the center of Cervia. Pets are welcome, which for me is a major plus. The room was clean, bright, and decorated with a charming painting. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The price was fair for today's standards. Furthermore, it is wheelchair accessible and accessible to those with reasonable independence. I recommend it and hope to have the opportunity to return.
