A moment of wine should actually be called a moment Divine... but in reality the reference is intended... a unique place on the right bank with a cuisine of the highest level both in terms of quality and refinement of super fresh fish... you dine surrounded by wines of every quality and the chef Raimondo Siculo, transplanted to Ischia, passes between the tables entertaining the diners... an experience absolutely worth having in Ischia!!

We felt at home...Andrea and chef Raimondo are truly super. They welcomed us with bread seasoned with Trapani oil produced by chef Raimondo and prosecco. The sea bream carpaccio was truly fabulous...! Warm and welcoming environment! Price range per person for starter (€25 per person) and first course (€20 per person) medium-high. If we return to the island I would undoubtedly return to this restaurant…

My husband and I ate at this place which was recommended to us. We were thrilled. Particular and very welcoming location, the Chef and all the people who work there are very professional and welcoming. Excellent food, very fresh fish, excellent wines. The right price. We called in to try some local wine after this bar was recommended by our accommodation. It was a quiet night & the bar is slightly away from the main hustle of waterside restaurants. We decided to stay for food - the menu isn’t large but interesting. I had mahi mahi covered in slivers of potato - it was delicious. As we were finishing eating the recorded piano music was replaced by the chef’s son playing the piano in the bar. Amazing talent. People walking by stopped to listen. This evening was one of the highlights of our trip: the food, staff and ambience were wonderful. We returned a couple of nights later - the bar was packed but unfortunately no live piano music that night.

Delicious, local wines at affordable prices, quality food. Special mention for the waiter and the boss who were charming. You can go there with your eyes closed and your taste buds open.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante attirati dalle recensioni in merito alla proposta del 'trittico', e devo dire che non siamo stati delusi! Accompagnati dallo chef Raimondo e da Andrea in sala, abbiamo fatto un'esperienza enogastronomica ancor prima di una cena, dove la nostra scelta è caduta su un bell'esemplare di pezzogna, proposto magnificamente in versione carpaccio come antipasto, fumetto come primo piatto, e filetto con uno stato di patate chips come secondo, il tutto accompagnato da una proposta di vini interessante (notevole il lefkos della cantina cenatiempo, e piacevole il grillo siciliano suggerito da Andrea). Prezzo 60 euro a persona, congruo per la qualità del prodotto e la maestria della lavorazione. Sicuramente consigliato per chi viene a Ischia e vuole provare una soluzione diversa dal solito ristorante di pesce.

Ristorante molto bello lungo la fine della riva destra , lontano dal caos degli altri ristoranti turistici e abbastanza scadenti.
Un attimo di vino è un ottimo ristorante che serve pesce fresco del giorno e che grazie all'esperienza di Raimondo e al suo staff , riesce a portare in tavola con lo stesso pesce un antipasto , un primo ed un secondo.
Qualità della materie prima molto alta.
Servizio un po da rivedere perchè tolto Raimondo ed Andrea il sommelier , gli altri lasciano un po a desiderare.
Prezzi un po alti.
Leggendo e dando un occhiata alle altre recensioni sarebbe però anche il caso di cambiare anche l'impattamento e l'elaborazione del trittico che non puo ripetersi nello stesso modo all'infinito.
Ad ogni modo esperienza super consigliata!

La cucina di raimondo e la piu leggera salutare e sana di tutta l isola accompagnata dall sua ottima esperienza in campo di vino posso assicurare tra i piu buoni dell isola un punto di riferimemto una gemma nascosta alla riva destra del porto di ischia se volete la qualita e un ottimo servizio venite qui e vedrete che connubio di sapori davide ed estefany ti ringraziamo a presto raimondo....
