Umi sushi restaurant - I Gigli In Campi bisenzio

Very friendly staff and excellent food

Today was my first time here, and I hope it won't be my last. Food: Not much to say: the menu is very varied, the dishes are delicious, and I enjoyed them. If my dad (who doesn't eat sushi) liked it, almost everyone will. Service: The staff is very friendly and well-organized, but there's quite a wait between each course (which I don't hate and doesn't bother me; I think it's perfect for digesting and eating more). Ambience: Very nice, with plenty of seating. I appreciate every little detail, and it's much more than I'd expect from a sushi restaurant. While you wait for your food, you can watch the chefs work incredibly hard, and they're very focused on what they're doing. Cost: ~€20 for the Lunch Menu, and ~€30 for the Lux Menu (which, from what I understand, is the dinner menu, and that's what we ordered). Desserts and drinks are not included, which is normal at all restaurants. All in all, it's an experience worth repeating, and I've attached my favorite dish.

One of the best all-you-can-eat restaurants in the area!! I've been there a third time to try the Japanese cuisine again. Very fresh fish and a wide variety of uramaki to choose from. Last time I came on a Saturday, so the wait was a bit long, as the place was very crowded. In addition to the dishes, I also had a matcha tea mousse, which was absolutely sublime!! The staff, however, is very kind and courteous, always attentive to the customer's needs.

A nice place with a lovely atmosphere. Overall, an excellent restaurant where you can enjoy quality sushi with few restrictions on the sashimi. The staff is young and helpful. The only negative I would say is the lack of a bathroom. Otherwise, everything is exceptional.
