Serata bellissima in famiglia. Ci siamo divertiti, ci hanno coccolati e siamo stati davvero bene. Da provare assolutamente i gamberi in tempura con mandorle, ma il consiglio è di farsi guidare dal personale che certamente saprà dare ottime indicazioni. Perfetto in tutto Lo consiglio certamente. We had lunch at UMĀMI with my girlfriend. She wanted to please me by testing a high-end sushi address with me. The restaurant is very charming, very quiet, very cozy. I was charmed by the decor. The server was great, very attentive, very professional, very dynamic. We opted for the 40 pieces of surprise sushi made and chosen by the chef. We were amazed by the choice of sushi made by the chef. Our large plate of sushi arrived, very very pretty plate full of sushi with lots of flavors and colors. We already had lots of stars in our eyes. There were quite a few sushi that we would never have thought to choose, we were pleasantly surprised. We really liked the sushi, some more than others. The sushi is super pretty, well made, impressive quality. The quality of the raw salmon and tuna is excellent, thick slices full of flavor! They melt in the mouth. The sea bream sushi is delicious. All the sushi are elaborate, full of flavors in the mouth, a mixture of ingredients bringing a beautiful harmony. We are delighted as much by the visual as by the taste. However, I would like to point out that the prices are very high although the quality is there. It nevertheless remains a very nice culinary experience, we really enjoyed lunch at UMĀMI. UMĀMI is undoubtedly one of the best sushi places I have tried anywhere in the world.
