Mi presento con due zii passati da Roma da Ulisse di domenica alle 13:30, senza troppe speranze. Premetto che era la mia prima volta lì e non avevo idea di che tipo di locale fosse, speravo solo non fosse troppo turistico. Dopo neanche 10 minuti di attesa ci fanno sedere alla sala sotterranea, un ambiente con luci soffuse e atmosfera rilassante. Il servizio è stato impeccabile e garbatissimo, il cibo ottimo e il conto più che onesto. I miei zii sono stati felicissimi e mi chiedono sempre quando ci torniamo. Consiglio il fiore di zucca, davvero squisito.

The atmosphere of the place and the facilities are wonderful, the perfect place for a romantic or very quiet dinner. The place allows you to have a pleasant chat and the food is very delicious, pasta carbonara recommendation. The portion and price are both very good. The service is only what was left a little due since at some point they were late but always very friendly. Recommended place

Seconda visita in questo locale in cui eravamo già stati un paio di mesi fa e che ci era piaciuto molto, impressione assolutamente confermata anche questa volta. All'atto della prenotazione non avevo specificato di preferire la sala grande e quindi ci avevano riservato un tavolo nella sala di passaggio, un po' buia e angusta, ma non ci sono stati problemi per cambiare e con rapidità e gentilezza ci hanno sistemati. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene: sia i piatti di carne che di pesce sono buoni, la proposta è varia e tutto è molto curato, dall'antipasto al dolce. La carta dei vini è abbastanza ampia e ha ricarichi non troppo alti. Il servizio è rapido e cortese e informale. Alla prossima!

Welcome ladies and gentlemen to our salvation in Prati. Fantastic food, romantic setting, super friendly waiters, and generally all the little details are spot on. We love cacio e pepe, supplì, and aubergine parmigiana, but the cherry on the cake is definitely the tiramisu. Have faith.

27/05/2025: The interior of the restaurant is really beautiful, the food very good. We had lunch and it was all very pleasant. The artichokes and the winemaker are out of this world.
25/05/2025: We went to the pasta factory for an event based on excellent refined cocktails prepared by 3 Italian barladies from different cities. The place is elegant but relaxed, for our evening there was background music that created a nice atmosphere while still allowing us to chat peacefully. The food, classic but revisited in an excellent way (excellent fried tortellini, anchovies and croquettes), wide choice of excellent wines. I probably ate the best creme caramel ever. Let the restaurant manager Matteo advise you, he is very attentive to the well-being of his customers.
