I really like this place. Located on the Liri river, it offers a view of the beautiful waterfall. The interior is original and very welcoming. Good food, good cocktails, and very friendly staff. Prices are a little higher than other places in the area, but it's worth it.

We returned for the second time, and today, with the outdoor tables and the sweet sound of the waterfall, dinner is even more delicious. Definitely "our place" for a tasty dinner, with 0 km products, with the flavors of the past ... Super courteous and fast staff. Absolutely to try!!!

L’apericena di Uhmano e’ veramente da provare!! Abbiamo ordinato un tagliere classico con tante prelibatezze . Abbiamo anche preso dei fiori di zucca ricotta e limone da leccarsi i baffi. La location e’ poi magnifica ! Ritorneremo sicuramente a trovarvi, magari una serata di estate.

The atmosphere is beautiful, with a view of the waterfall. The food is good, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. It's a shame, however, that the service is a bit slow and disorganized.

Simply beautiful and great. The type of pub/little bar that I have been looking for for six years to go to where I live (Berlin) and I can't find it. The attention, the menu, the atmosphere: everything is wonderful and was a recommendation from our B&B host. I recommend it 100% Attention Berliners: look here for the concept that the city is missing.

What I'd like to focus on is a wish I expressed to the chef: As a resident of Ciociaria, I appreciate your research rooted in the region, but I feel a desire for a closer connection to local culinary traditions. I'd be fascinated to see the traditional dishes of Ciociaria revisited with your personal and innovative perspective. It's a complex challenge, requiring historical research and study, but my experiences at this restaurant have convinced me that you have the sensitivity and skill to transform these roots into unique and contemporary creations.
