Non come qualche anno fa. Questa era la nostra tappa estiva preferita, bel posto, pizze leggere e con ottimi ingredienti... Ritornati siamo rimasti delusi: pizza pesante, quasi gommosa, che non ha più nulla a che vedere con quella mangiata per anni. L'attesa non vale più la pena.

Andiamo in questa pizzeria nel bellissimo borgo di Agropoli vecchia al termine di una lunga ma graduale scalinata. Pizzeria particolare, a metà tra asporto e servito, tavoli (o meglio panche) all' aperto, non si prenota, si ordina e si trova sistemazione nei tavoli, consegna al tavolo con il numero di ordinazione, su bellissimi e rustici vassoi intrecciati di canne. Le pizze (tonde) vengono servite già tagliate in 4 spicchi. Veniamo alla pizza. Impasto e ingredienti di condimento buoni, cotta bene. Servizio veloce. Ambiente perfetto per una cena di condivisione estiva, al caldo o rinfrescati da un po' di brezza, pizza mangiata a mano e birra. A me è piaciuto davvero tanto per la qualità del prodotto e l'impostazione vecchio stile.
