We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent — the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. If you’re in La Maddalena, this is definitely a great place to eat and enjoy an authentic Sardinian experience.

We came here for dinner right after the opening — the restaurant was already full, but they still managed to find a table for us. At first, we weren’t particularly impressed by the place, but as soon as our waitress (a very sweet Italian girl) came over, we felt genuinely cared for. We ordered the culurgiones, pasta with dried tomatoes and beef, and some grilled vegetables. Both main dishes were absolutely delicious — honestly, the best we’ve had in Sardinia so far. The grilled veggies, as in most restaurants here, were tasty but could’ve come in a slightly larger portion. For dessert, we had a seadas, which was also amazing. Then we suddenly realized our ferry was leaving in just 9 minutes! I asked another waitress if we could get the bill and wrap the dessert to go — she was incredibly helpful, took me straight to the counter to pay, and came back with the dessert packed up in under a minute. We made it to the ferry just in time! All in all, it was a wonderful experience — great food, lovely staff, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Food of 10 and service of 20!!! Very Sardinian place, very local… we loved it! We will repeat for sure!

Fab Osteria with reasonable prices. Albeit mostly meat dishes there were some vegetarian options. Just no seafood.

Not knowing where to eat dinner in La Maddalena, and being reluctant to end up in the usual tourist menu / tourist place in the port, we consulted Tripadvisor and were attracted by this place which - for a change - offered meat dishes instead of the orthodox fish-calamari-vongole dishes... Top choice ! The "culurgiones" (a Sardinian pasta) was swimming in the best home made tomato sauce we have had in long time; the meat dishes consisted of a wide choice of "tagliata" which we found unexpectedly good. Last but not least, the home made "tiramisù" was sublime. Hosts Sandro & Silvia were extremely friendly and agreeable, as was the dessert-chef (I forgot the name). Definitely best to make a reservation ! No doubt we'll come back !
