On a (rare) bachelor Thursday it was a surprise, the tripe was excellent. Nice to see heterogeneous customers. And from the environment I can't imagine what it becomes in the evening. I have to come on Fridays when there's fried food, but not as a bachelor otherwise I'll get shredded.
